Digitization, an effective lever for securing recovery and boosting business

Dear buyers, we are delighted to invite you to our monthly round table on July 12 at 18.30, which will address the key issue of digitalization, a real lever for securing a takeover and boosting business.

Open AI, data, GPT Chat, Cloud, ... So many sesames relayed daily by the media, as eldorados for the development of our businesses.

Behind these magic formulas lies a very concrete and pragmatic reality for our daily lives as buyers: What is the level of maturity of my company or my target in terms of digitalization?

Does my target use management software? What kind? Is there an activity monitoring dashboard? Is it relevant and reliable? Are sensitive company data backed up?

Ultimately, is this situation a risk or an opportunity? What priority actions should I take? For what objectives? Who can help me ?

The digital component should not be neglected during the target study and audit phase. It enables us to identify areas for improvement to be taken into account in the business plan, as well as areas for optimizing/securing processes to be rapidly deployed during the takeover.

Even if the Covid period and the many aid schemes of recent years have contributed to a greater awareness of the underlying issues by and for managers, situations still vary widely according to subject and company size.

That's why we wanted to organize a round table discussion on this key topic of digitalization, to benefit from highly operational feedback, which will help us demystify the subject and build up a simple toolbox for our projects.

• Fabien Balavoine (ESCP 00), founding director of Hunik Group and partner in Access IT, a company he took over in 2014 in receivership.s offering a full range of digital engineering services (ERP, digital transformation, cloud, security, custom development, etc.). to support companies.
  
  
• Fabrice de L'épine (HEC93), former President of Club Repreneur. President of the Avantif home hairdressing network, a company he took over in 2016. After investing heavily in SEO and designing a new website, in 2021 Fabrice launched a mobile application for his hairdressers, enabling them to produce monthly activity reports, send and print invoices (around 2,000 per month) and order their products. This has considerably boosted the company's productivity.
