Introducing the QRM method

General presentation:

We live in a constantly evolving environment, where everything is constantly changing, and customer demands are increasingly unpredictable and personalized. Everything is moving faster and faster! This reality has a name: VICA (Volatile - Uncertain - Complex - Ambiguous).

The challenge for any organization is to adapt to variability and turn it into a competitive advantage for sustainable development.

In this context, we note that employees have never been so overwhelmed, and yet customer objects (products, projects, services, clients, patients...) have never been so much in demand, proof that the current way of working is no longer adapted.

The evidence is clear: in a VICA environment, customer objects can wait up to 95% of the time on average, with extremely complex flows and interminable queues.

We invite you to discover founder Rajan SURI's QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) method, and in particular the POLCA system for self-regulating complex flows, which ensures smooth flows on the shop floor and in the departments by limiting queues.

The results are astonishing:

  • Highly satisfied customers thanks to 2 to 10 times shorter lead times and improved reliability of lead times
  • Reduction of work-in-progress by a factor of 2 to 10, generating a drastic reduction in WCR
  • Less stress, as there are far fewer emergencies to deal with
  • More committed and motivated employees, more versatility

Discover the agility of the QRM POLCA method in hands-on workshop mode!
