Conference presentation:
In 2023, many revolutions will have taken place, notably in the field of Generative AI (e.g. Chat GPT, Bard, etc.). But for many years now,Artificial Intelligence has been deployed in many industries to improve performance and quality, and to offer new solutions for industrial products.
The specific objective of this introductory conference is to define what Artificial Intelligence is, its uses, the challenges linked to data and the industrialization of AI models. Finally, we will present a first panorama of AI usage in different industries (different from those in the sector focus) and conclude with development prospects over the next few years.
The conference will be organized as follows:
- 6:30 pm - 7 pm: Welcome of participants
- 7:10pm: Start of the conference
- 8:15pm: Q&A session
- 20h30 : Cocktail with the speakers

Christophe LIENARD (CH 83) - Bouygues Group - Central Innovation Director
Christophe is head of Innovation for the entire Bouygues Group. The group is present in 80 countries, with 200,000 employees and sales of over 54 billion euros. The group operates in four main sectors: Construction (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Colas for roads), Energy (Equans), Telecoms (Bouygues Telecom) and Media (TF1).
Before joining Bouygues, he was Chief Operating Officer and Director of the ANOVO Group from 2003 to 2010, having started his career in 1989 with the Swedish industrial group Atlas Copco.
Christophe is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers ParisTech (Ch83), and holds an advanced degree in energy conversion from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, as well as an Executive MBA from ICG.
He was elected Chairman of IMPACT AI in June 2022. He is also the founding Vice-Chairman of the Think Tank Futura Mobility, a member of the Board of Directors of ANRT (Association Nationale Recherche et Technologie) and of the Scientific Committee of the Global Center for the Future. At the same time, he holds the rank of Captain in the French Navy.

Matthieu Boussard - Craft.AI - CTO
Matthieu Boussard has over fifteen years' experience in AI and machine learning. He is currently Head of R&D at Craft.AI.
He obtained his PhD in computer science in 2008, after which he moved to Japan, where he spent three years researching the behavior of mobile robots. Back in France, he decided to switch from robots to video game AI and joined a team whose mission was to build AI middleware.
At Craft.AI, he is in charge of R&D. In this capacity, he coordinates research into trusted AI and supervises a thesis on protecting the confidentiality of machine learning models. He builds partnerships and sets up projects between Craft.AI and other companies or universities. Craft.AI's research has led to numerous publications.
