√ A site visit : focus on the steel structure!

√ An exchange with the CMD team, co-directed by Maxime Turetta - ECAM 2015 AML : from offer to completion, what's the story behind this project?

√ A network lunch near the Techlid zone in Limonest / Dardilly to end the day in a convivial atmosphere!

Helmet and safety shoes (or comfortable shoes) are mandatory to enter the worksite.

A few words about the PLUG&PLAY project

At the heart of the Parc du Puy d'Or in Limonest, in the TECHLID district, PLUG&PLAY is a new 17,000 m² office and business program comprising 9 buildings with 2 or 3 storeys (A, B, C1, C2, E, F1, F2, D1 and D2).

"We've already completed buildings A and B in 2021, which we'll be able to see on our visit.

CMD LYON is currently working on the steelwork package for general contractor PBC and Lyon-based developer DCB International.

The project architect is Nicolas GOUJON-BARD (Cabinet Sagittaire Architecte Associes)".
