New conference at GP27 Automobile Paris on Monday 6/03/23, a joint ClubAuto / Cercle La Rochefoucauld event, as we welcome: Frédéric LISSALDE (CEO of Borg Warner)


Mr LISSALDE will talk to us about his career as an executive and the current and future challenges facing the automotive industry!
The event will take place in person and as a webinar via Zoom.

Frédéric LISSALDE (Year 87), a superb international career in automotive equipment!
After starting out at Valeo, he joined Borg Warner, a legendary American company, where he quickly rose through the ranks. As General Manager of Borg Warner in France, he took on major responsibilities in the Transmission Division, notably developing dual clutch systems.
He then "put on the Turbo", managing for 7 consecutive years this product line emblematic of both BW and improved combustion engine performance.
This superb step enabled him to become COO and then CEO and President of the Borg Warner Group in Detroit in 2018.
First of all, Frédéric will share his experiences with us, talking about the automotive and mobility industries, but also about his career and his experience as an executive within and then at the head of an American group. It promises to be a fascinating conference.
Frédéric is due to receive the Nessim Habif award.
This renowned award from the Arts et Métiers community recognizes each year a great name in the engineering and scientific community, for their career and the results of their work.
Great engineers (Pierre Angénieux, Pierre Béziers, Jean Cavallier, Jean-François Dehecq...) and scientists (Robert Oppenheimer, Christian Cabrol, Bertrand Piccard...) have preceded Frédéric on the list of recipients.
