Promos Alumni delegates, you are essential!

One of the major challenges for ECAM Alumni is to strengthen the federating role of the groups, and in particular of the graduating classes, by supporting their leaders and delegates.

On October 15, 2022, the new year's meeting was held for class leaders and delegates.

These annual get-togethers are open to all ECAM LaSalle alumni from Lyon and Strasbourg-Europe who want to become link workers within their class and between the ECAM Alumni Association / ECAM LaSalle and their class.

Many interesting testimonials were given during the course of the day, and we can't do justice to all of them. We note the enthusiasm of the young promotions represented, and the unwavering commitment of some of their elders to the members of their promotion.

One thing we all have in common: the desire to play an active role in the ECAM community.

What emerged from the day? 4 needs!

• Resource requirements (human and material)
• Support needs (communication material, "best practices", "mission sheets" for facilitators)
• Clarity of decisions by the ECAM Alumni and ECAM LaSalle governing bodies
• Organizational needs to create synergies between all the players in the alumni network, starting with the delegates themselves.

ECAM Alumni mobilizes!

The space dedicated to promotions and the Promotions Delegates and Leaders organization group page are getting a facelift, and will continue to be transformed in 2022 to meet the needs and concerns of promotions and their leaders.

The aim of these pages? To be the toolbox for promotion animators!

They will be regularly updated according to very specific needs in terms of animation, management and event organization, with flyers, mission sheets, web modules, downloadable forms, statistics and tutorials.

Any active member of their graduating class can apply to join this group by contacting the Association's General Secretariat. Elected class delegates are automatically enrolled in this closed group (accessible via their Personal Area on www.ecam-alumni.fr).

The next meeting of all delegates and class leaders (Lyon and Strasbourg) is scheduled for Saturday October 14, 2023. We're looking forward to a record turnout of alumni from all engineering and masters programs at both schools!

A mixed Visio and face-to-face format will be offered to enable as many people as possible to take part!
